Cosy double room in Kennington

Hi! I am Gigi and in our flat we’re looking for a lovely couple to take over a gorgeous double room in a friendly, relaxed house-share with two friendly girls!

🏡 The Room
A spacious double, with amazing built-in storage: two full-size wardrobes on either side of the bed, plus plenty of extra room for your things. It’s cosy, warm, and feels like its own little sanctuary at the front of the house.

🏠 The Flat
The home is spread over two floors with an open-plan kitchen/living space downstairs and our own private garden/patio - a total dream in the summer for coffees, wine nights or hosting friends.
You’ll be sharing a bathroom with the two other bedrooms, but it’s genuinely never been an issue and everyone is clean, respectful, and tidy.

💛 The Housemates
You’ll be sharing with two girls in their 20s - Hiba, 28 and Gigi, 24 who are friendly, considerate, and easy to live with. The vibe is warm, chill, and welcoming - we love having a peaceful home but also enjoy the occasional shared meal, catch-up, or movie night.

We’re primarily looking for a couple (as the rent price for the room is £1550 in total).

📍 Location
We’re in Kennington, which we think is one of the loveliest, most underrated pockets of London.
5 minutes from Kennington Station
5 minutes from Elephant & Castle Station
Surrounded by cosy cafés, cute restaurants, and a couple of genuinely great pubs.
The building is safe and secure, with friendly neighbours and a wonderful landlord.

💸 Rent & Deposit
Rent: £1,550 per month (£775 each if you’re a couple)
Deposit: £1,875 total (£937 each if you’re a couple)
