I’m renting out my spacious and modern 1-bed flat in Zone 1.

There’s also secure bike storage on the same floor that you'd be welcome to use and a roof terrace with views to the city, Houses of Parliament and the Shard.

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. You can walk to Thames (5 mins), Big Ben/Westminster (9 mins), Lambeth North (7min), Waterloo & Kennington (10 mins), and Soho (25 mins).

This flat is my personal home, so there’s no subletting or hidden landlord issues. To keep things simple, we’ll set up a lodger agreement, but I’ll be abroad for work or with my parents, so you’ll have the place entirely to yourself.

I’m looking for a professional single or couple who will treat the flat as their own. Ideally I would like to find someone who wants to live in the property for at least a year (and hopefully longer).

Rent is £1,500 per calendar month + bills.

Other bills include gas and electricity (£65ish a month depending on usage), broadband (£35 a month, 500mb fibre optic connection), service charge (£190 a month, covers building cleaning and maintenance costs) and water (£30ish a month, bill arrives every 4-6 months).
