Im leaving my house share in Kennington to go back to Ireland and looking for someone to take over my lease.

The room is a double room equipped with a double bed and an additional single bed and also comes with a very large private sitting room with a huge tv, couches and a study desk. You will have exclusive use of the living room.

The apartment is shared with 1 other very friendly Londoner who works as a surveyor and is rarely around the house to be honest. The bathroom and kitchen are shared.

The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Oval station and 10 minutes walk from Kennington station and is directly across from Kennington park. There is a Tesco Superstore, 7 minutes walk away.

The rent is £800, that includes ALL bills. There is no deposit required, just 2 weeks notice expected upon vacating the property. The landlord is extremely responsive and friendly.

Overall, the apartment is good value, a brilliant location and to be honest, it feels very much like living in a studio because of the set up.
