Room available in a 3-bed flat in Kennington (Zone 1) from 14th February. The flat is a 5-minute walk from Kennington tube, close to cafes, pubs and Kennington Park, with excellent transport links to the City, West End, Clapham and wider central London (around 15 minutes). Rent is £1,130 per month plus around £150 in bills. You’ll be sharing with two 26-year-old professional girls, and we’re looking for a tidy, friendly woman aged 25–28 who works mostly from the office. Looking for someone similar. A stay of 6+ months is preferred, with the option to remain until February 2028.
