Room for Rent in Kennington (Girls Preferred)

Our flatmate is really sadly moving out of London and we are looking for someone to take over her room in a lovely three-bedroom flat in Kennington, available from 3rd February.

The room is fully furnished and the flat has two bathrooms (a huge bonus!) along with a living room and a separate kitchen.

Rent is £1,050 per month, with bills averaging around £100 per month.

You’d be sharing the flat with Jenny and myself (Hannah).

Hannah (24): I work in law and enjoy cooking for the flat. We often eat together, which is a nice way to unwind. I play tennis, love being active and watching movies.

Jenny (25): Works in insurance and often goes to midnight runners running club. She enjoys travelling and keeping busy, going out for food and walks etc.

We really love our flat, and like making our flat feel like a home and enjoy hanging out together, at home, or grabbing a drink 🍸

We're looking for a social, tidy, and easygoing flatmate to join us around 3rd February (flexible dates).

The location is excellent, right next to a bigger Tesco and Kennington Park, with great transport links:
