Double Room in Kennington Flat

Double room avaliable as soon as possible though subject to Assignment, in a four bedroom flat in Kennington, only a couple of minutes walk to the tube station (northern line), with pubs/shops nearby, so a good zone 1/2 location with an easy commute to central London. You'd be living with 3 guys (two students, currently council tax exempt) around 21/22. I'm moving out due to health reasons, but it's a great location with nice people.  

It's £875pcm (£3500pcm total), with a deposit of £1009.50. The room is avaliable subject to Landlord/Agent approval and as soon as everything (reference checks etc) is completed and the Assignment goes through - all official.

Council tax band C, though if you're a student it should be exempt. The original fixed term is 23rd August 2025 - 22nd August 2026.

I originally agreed to pay six months in advance (which would be due 23rd February) that would be £5250, if you don't have a UK guarantor.
