Hi there!

My current flatmate is moving back home, so I’m looking for a new flatmate.
I’m hoping to find a female flatmate with a stable job (as a reference check is required), who is clean, a non-smoker, and respectful of personal space, to share a cute and well-kept home🌷💛
You’ll only be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and common areas with me 🙂

📍 Location: Kennington SE11

📍 Transport:
Only 3 minutes walk to Kennington Station
Northern Line runs 24 hours on weekends, super convenient
Most major central London landmarks are reachable within 30 minutes
Bus stop right outside the building – 15 minutes to London Bridge
9 minutes’ walk north to Elephant & Castle
10 minutes walk south to Vauxhall

📍 Local amenities:
Tesco Express right downstairs
10-minute walk to Tesco Superstore and Morrisons
Nearby gym, post office, and Kennington Park
Elephant & Castle (9 minutes’ walk) has several supermarkets and great shopping options — very convenient for daily life

📍 Move-in date: From mid-February

📍 Rent: £1050 + bills (around £150 per month)
The flat is on the 8th floor, with a lovely view and plenty of natural light 💛
It’s very bright during the day (you will be waking up early in summer 😂).
The landlady is very nice and responsive, and you can contact her directly for any repairs.

🙌🏼 About me:
I’m a working professional with a very regular routine. I go to work Monday to Friday and attend church on weekends.
I’m quite tidy - no dishes left overnight, laundry every Friday 😂 and I usually clean and mop every 1–2 weeks. Basically live a bit of a grandma lifestyle 😅
I enjoy reading and watching documentaries.
If I have friends over (which is very rare!), I always ask in advance and respect shared spaces.
I enjoy my personal space, but I don’t mind cooking together or having a chat on the sofa occasionally. :)

🤲🏼 Looking for a flatmate who is respectful, communicative, and takes good care of our shared living space.
