Double Room Available in 3-Bed Flat

A double room is becoming available in our well-kept 3-bed flat. The room comes furnished.

You’d be sharing the flat with three friendly professionals, including a couple with their own en-suite, and would share the main bathroom with just one other person. There’s a large shared living space, and balcony looking over the park. We’re a relaxed, friendly household - mostly in and out doing our own thing during the week, but enjoying the occasional chat over a glass of wine or shared dinner, and we take pride in keeping the flat clean and comfortable.

We’re in a great location with Lambeth North, Vauxhall and Kennington stations all around a 10 min walk away. There are also plenty of supermarkets, coffee shops and pubs nearby, and the river just a couple of minutes away.

The person you will be replacing has lived in the flat for 5+ years and is moving out to live with his partner.
