About me
I’m Esme, 27, and work as a civil servant, hybrid working (in the office a couple of days a week). We’ve lived in this flat for two years and love it and the area a lot. It’s a comfortable, homely, and clean space. I’m friendly and tidy, and enjoy the gym, Pilates, horse riding, dinners out with friends, travel, hiking, and the occasional pub. I’m looking for a flatmate I can get along with and become friends with over time!
The vibe / who I’m looking for
• Professional Female, mid-20s to mid-30s
• Friendly, considerate, tidy, and clean
• Up for hanging out sometimes — cooking, dinner, a pub quiz, a walk, the gym, or shared interests
• Friends visiting for the odd night or hosting dinner/drinks now and then is perfectly fine! — I like to have friends round too, from time to time
• Overall the flat is relaxed — this is not a party house, sorry
• Looking for someone who wants to feel at home and enjoy being part of life in the flat!
Tenancy details
• Rent: £1,207.50/month
• Deposit: £1,393
• Bills: approximately £180-220month (depending on the season) including council tax
• Joint tenancy agreement, rent paid jointly to the landlord
Move-in date: Around 17th / 18th March
I’ll invite interested candidates to view the flat individually ☺️
Application & process
• Applicants must be approved by the landlord via the agency
• Standard checks include credit, employment, and right-to-rent
• Applicants should meet standard affordability requirements (roughly earning three times the monthly rent per year)
If this sounds like a good fit, please message me with a bit about yourself — what you do, your working pattern, and what you’re looking for in a flat/flatmate!
