Sadly (for me), my lovely flatmate is moving out to go live with her boyfriend, which means a room is becoming available in our brilliant two-bed flat. Looking for someone who’ll love the place as much as I do!

A bit of a hidden gem, honestly:
- Two bedrooms, loads of natural light, and a great layout
- Access to a roof terrace with uninterrupted views over The Oval cricket ground — perfect for watching cricket or wine with friends 🍷
- A medium-sized, low-maintenance garden that’s ideal for BBQs 🌞🔥
- Space for a big dining table, perfect for board game nights or hosting dinner parties 🎲🍝
- A stunning glass roof over the dining area that floods the space with light and makes the best sound when it rains ☔✨
- Separate sitting area and kitchen, so there’s room to properly relax
- A WFH space… which I rarely use as I’m in the office most days (but it’s there if you want it!)

Super well connected and very walkable:
🚇 5–10 min walk to Oval, Kennington and Vauxhall stations
🚆 Vauxhall station 10 mins, Waterloo around 20 mins
🚌 Loads of buses right nearby

I’m 27, a management consultant, and usually out at the office during the week. Outside of work I play a lot of sport and love staying active. I really enjoy making the most of the flat - hosting friends and keeping it feeling like a proper home, not just somewhere to crash.
🔍 Who I’m looking for
- A working professional
- Clean, considerate, and easy-going
- Someone who’ll genuinely enjoy the flat and its space
- Totally happy with respectful guests (I have friends over a few times a month!) - just no one basically moving in
The flat is rented by a private landlord (who I deal directly with, which makes things a little easier to get sorted) and bills are typically between £100-£150 a month
Happy to be flexible on move in date, anywhere from 15th March to 1st April
