You’d be moving into a lovely, clean 3-bed flat, with a spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom. We have a very friendly, chill vibe - love dinner parties, cosy movie nights, and a few pints at the pub.

It’s a big room, fully furnished with a King-sized bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a large built-in wardrobe so you’ll have lots of storage space. There’s also plenty of room for a desk.

I’m sadly moving out 22nd Feb as my visa is expiring, so looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

Rent: £1050 per month. Heating is included.
Bills: Comes to around £130 per month (water, electricity, wifi and council tax).

Move in date: 1st March. Can be flexible if you need to move in a few days earlier (from 23rd Feb)

We’re located a short 7 min walk from Kennington tube station (Northern Line). Both Elephant & Castle and Lambeth North (Bakerloo Line) are also within a 15 minute walk. Plus plenty of great bus connections around. We’re also really close to Waterloo (15 minutes) and London Bridge (18 minutes).

A lovely leafy area with plenty of cute pubs nearby. There’s a Tesco Local a 5 min walk away, with Tesco and Sainsbury’s Superstores both within a 15 min walk.

Who you’d be living with:
Abi works in Insurance and is in the office 4 days a week, working from home in the living room on Fridays. She loves the outdoors and is often out and about exploring new areas of London. She is also a huge fan of Bake Off so you can look forward to that being on the TV in September!
Luna works in influencer marketing and is in the office 3-4 days a week. She loves a dinner party and wine night!

About you:
We’re looking for a young professional in their 20s. Friendly, relaxed and tidy. Ideally you’d be keen for a longer term contract.
