Kennington - Small Room (1 - 3 month)

Small single room available in a flat in Kennington.

You’ll be sharing with an Australian couple currently working in London. We have a spare room available for short-term tenants, ideally someone who has just arrived in London and is looking for a place to stay while getting settled.

We’re both pretty easygoing. We often travel, enjoy beers at the pub, going to football matches and we alternate working from home. Usually at least one of us is around during weekdays.

The flat is split over two storeys, with the bedrooms and shared bathroom upstairs, and the living room and kitchen downstairs. The place gets plenty of natural light, and the kitchen and living area are really nice and have been recently renovated.

The location is fantastic. Just a short walk to several stations including Kennington, Lambeth North and Elephant & Castle.
