It's a 6-8min walk to Kennington station, and 12-15 minute walk to Elephant & castle, so the transport links are fantastic. You are in the heart of Zone 1 south London.

Rooms are well insulated with central heating and wooden flooring throughout.

You will have access to the main living room area, unless I am working from there with many calls/meetings, but definitely in the evenings, and weekends.

Keeping the shared areas tidy is essential (bathroom, kitchen, etc).

GUEST RULES: you are allowed to invite 1-2 guests over at a time, infrequently, but must be communicated beforehand. Strictly no parties can be held in the apartment as residents will complain, and there is young kids in the block.

The rent is inclusive of council tax, electricity and gas will also be included and topped up by myself via the meter. New broadband has been inputted and works perfectly.
