Large ensuite room overlooking stunning courtyar

The room gets lots of morning light, and the living room gets gorgeous afternoon sunshine. The bedroom has lots of storage with a big wardrobe and under bed drawers, with plenty of room for a desk or other furnishings. There is a big kitchen with a dishwasher, and a separate laundry room. The courtyard is gated, with a great community feel, and safe bike parking. We have chairs overlooking the courtyard and shared tables in the courtyard.

You’ll be living with two girls (27); who work in the civil service and marketing. We’re kind, friendly and clean. We have busy lives so are out and about, but enjoy cooking together and would love to go for a drink with our housemate.

Kennington/oval is a great place to live with tons of local cafe’s, restaurants and pubs nearby. There is a farmers market every Saturday and a lovely park 5 mins away. It’s a short walk to Kennington (7 mins) or Vauxhall (10 mins) tube stations which will get you to central London in 5-10 mins, with lots of bus routes too.
