Room Available in 2-Bed Flat in Kennington 💫

Hey! I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s room in our gorg 2-bed flat as she’s moving to Oz! She will be taking some of the living room furniture with her, so it would be great to find someone who’s up for adding their personal touch to the space + keep the flat feeling girly and homely.

📍 Location
- Kennington (Zone 1/2) - a safe area!! 
- Great transport links – just a 4-minute walk to Kennington tube station (Northern line), plus lots of bus routes nearby!

🏡 The Flat
- Large furnished double bedroom (bed + wardrobe) 
- Bright and spacious flat with lots of storage
- Washing machine & tumble dryer
- 1 shared bathroom with shower + bath
- Big living room with lots of natural light (just missing a TV but looking to invest!)
- 2 kitchen areas (!) with lots of cupboard and fridge space

💸 Rent
£1000 pcm + bills (~£150). As a student I get a 25% discount on council tax, but ofc will pay half

📅 Move-in
Start of June (around 7th-11th preferably)

About me
I’m 26 and currently working as a research assistant/PhD student in psychology at UCL. I’m pretty social and love spending time in the flat, whether that’s movie nights, flat dinners, or just a catch-up. I also love pub trips followed by a cheeky boogie, finding new cafes/cute spots in London, running/hot girl walks.

💗 Who I’m looking for 
I’d love to live with someone I can genuinely be friends with, but also has their own life going on.
Keeping the flat clean and tidy is really important to me, we’ve put a lot of effort into making the flat feel cute and cosy. So I’m looking for someone who’s naturally considerate, happy to share the cleaning, and takes pride in the space (no pile-up of dishes etc!!!).
