Description
Going traveling for a few months so ideally looking for someone for 3-4months potentially someone permanent as well
It’s a bright en‑suite double room in a spacious top‑floor flat, so there’s no one living above. The flat has an open‑plan living room and kitchen, a balcony and space to store a bike. It’s really well located about a 7‑minute walk to Elephant & Castle station and 10 minutes to Kennington.
The building has a friendly, respectful feel and the neighbours are genuinely lovely, which makes it a very easy place to live.
This is a calm, party‑free home, though the occasional special gathering or celebration is absolutely fine.
You’d be sharing the flat with Will, a very good friend of mine who’s staying on. He’s 42 and works as a hairstylist. He keeps active, trains regularly and enjoys travelling. He tends to work long hours and is usually around on Mondays, Thursdays and every second Sunday, so someone with a hybrid or flexible schedule might enjoy having the flat to themselves at other times.
The flat has been pet‑friendly in the past we lived here with a wonderful English bulldog who sadly passed away last year. A small, well‑behaved dog or a cat could be considered, subject to the landlord’s approval.
This would suit someone tidy, considerate, easy‑going and sociable someone who wants a proper home rather than just a room, and who appreciates a relaxed, friendly living environment.
Will gets on well with all kinds of people, so the most important thing is finding someone kind, respectful and easy to live with.
All bills are included.
