Looking for a new housemate from June 15th to August 8th 2026 to join a beautiful flat in Imperial Court, right in the heart of Kennington.

# The Room #

Room 1

A cosy but highly functional double room with stunning views towards Westminster and the London Eye. The room includes:

* Large built-in wardrobe
* Comfortable Ottoman double bed with premium headboard
* Bedside furniture
* Double chest of drawers

The room shares a spacious bathroom with Greg, our lovely Malaysian housemate, complete with bathtub and shower. There is also an additional bathroom with toilet and sink currently being used as storage, with the potential to become a dedicated second bathroom.

# The Flat #

Both rooms are quiet, and the flat is extremely well insulated — we rarely need to turn the heating on, even in winter.

The flat also includes:

* Large living room with comfortable sofas

* Extendable dining table

* Modern kitchen with induction hob
* Hotpoint washer-dryer

Bills are approximately £150 per month, with water included through the building.

# The Housemates #

You would be living with Greg and Lorenzo, who have been amazing housemates for the past four years. They're friendly, respectful, easy-going, and value a clean and tidy home environment. Greg is a clinical researcher while Lorenzo (Italian) is a science teacher.

They're re looking for people who are:
