Looking for a new housemates from 9th August 2026 to join a beautiful flat in Imperial Court, right in the heart of Kennington.
The Room:
A cosy but highly functional double room with stunning views towards Westminster and the London Eye. The room includes:
* Large built-in wardrobe
* Comfortable Ottoman double bed with premium headboard
* Bedside furniture
* Double chest of drawers
The room shares a spacious bathroom with me, Greg, complete with bathtub and shower. There is also an additional bathroom with toilet and sink currently being used as storage, with the potential to become a dedicated second bathroom.
# The Flat #
The room is quiet, and the flat is extremely well insulated — we rarely need to turn the heating on, even in winter.
The flat also includes:
* Large living room with comfortable sofas
* Flat screen smart TV
* Extendable dining table
* Views across Central London
* Modern kitchen with induction hob
* Hotpoint washer-dryer
* Dishwasher
* Extra storage space
Bills are approximately £150 per month, with water included through the building.
Imperial Court is a beautifully refurbished historic building with:
* Free access to a basement gym
*Concierge desk that receives packages even if you are away
* Garage and parking access
* Secure and well-maintained communal areas

# Deposit & Contract Amendment Admin Fee #
Since the new housemats would have to go through a name change on a pre-existing contract, there is a £50 pound admin fee that goes towards the name change on the tenancy agreement. Furthermore there is a deposit of £1288.33 per person.
