Looking for two new housemates from 9th August 2026 to join a beautiful flat in Imperial Court, right in the heart of Kennington.
# The Rooms #
Room 1
A spacious en-suite double room featuring:

* Desk and office chair
* Private bathroom with bathtub and shower
Room 2
A cosy but highly functional double room with stunning views towards Westminster and the London Eye. The room includes:
* Large built-in wardrobe
* Comfortable Ottoman double bed with premium headboard
* Bedside furniture
* Double chest of drawers
The room shares a spacious bathroom with me, Greg (the remaining housemate), complete with bathtub and shower. There is also an additional bathroom with toilet and sink currently being used as storage, with the potential to become a dedicated second bathroom.
# The Flat #
Both rooms are quiet, and the flat is extremely well insulated — we rarely need to turn the heating on, even in winter.
The flat also includes:
* Large living room with comfortable sofas
* Flat screen smart TV
* Extendable dining table
* Views across Central London
* Modern kitchen with induction hob
* Hotpoint washer-dryer
* Dishwasher
* Extra storage space
Bills are approximately £150 per month, with water included through the building.

# Deposit & Contract Amendment Admin Fee #
Since the new housemates would have to go through a name change on a pre-existing contract, there is a £50 pound admin fee that goes towards the name change on the tenancy agreement. Furthermore there is a deposit of £1288.33 per person.
