The flat is in a great location, around 10 minutes walk to Kennington Station and about 15 minutes to Vauxhall, which connects to Victoria and National Rail. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and green spaces nearby, but in a quiet residential pocket. Tesco is a short walk away.
The flat itself has a lot of character. It's half-furnished and well looked after, we've put real care into making it feel like a home over the past years. The room available is a unfurnished double bedroom, and you'd also have private use of a separate office room, making it a great setup if you work from home. There's also a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, storage space, and room for bicycles.

I'm easygoing, tidy and genuinely care about shared spaces. My current flatmate and I have built a really good dynamic here through communication and mutual respect, and I'd love to find someone who values the same.
Looking for a professional (or someone with a similar mindset) who's reliable, considerate and sees this as a home rather than just a place to sleep. If you're someone who'd rather talk things through than let tensions build, we'll get on well.
