Lovely flat in Zone 1

I am looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in my flat for two months in July and August. During this time, I'll be away a lot with work, so you will have the flat to yourself most of the time. The place is nicely furnished and well kept. The location is excellent: Waterloo and the South Bank are under fifteen minutes' walk away, and you can be in Soho on foot in half an hour. The estate which I live on is very quiet and safe and the neighbours are friendly. The bedroom is a good size and very quiet. The living room and kitchen are also comfortable and spacious. I have over four thousand books and two thousand DVDs, which you are free to borrow. I also have a projector and large screen so you can watch films whenever you like. I am happy for the room to go to a single person or a couple and pets are welcome. The amount charged covers all bills. The flat is in Council Tax Band B.
