- On its own floor so can’t ear anything from the rest of the house

- Work in the arts (1 wfh days), management (0 wfh days) and accounting (1/2 wfh days)

- 2 girls have bfs who come over once in a while
- Moving because I’m buying a flat a few streets down (that’s how much I love the neighbourhood!!)
