Hi! We are looking for a person to join us in our flat on Kennington road, and to take the room that comprises the top floor, approx. 27sqm. Private shower and a sink are enclosed within the room, with a shared toilet just down the stairs. It has plenty of windows and natural light, and built in closets. You have complete privacy and plenty of space. The house has a kitchen with two fridges, an oven, a washer and dryer, and further amenities such as a microwave and coffee machine. It also has a living room on the first floor. It will be professionally cleaned before we move in.

The flat is located in the heart of London with easy access to the whole city with several bus stops right outside the door and the Kennington tube station an eight minute walk away. There is a Tesco superstore a five minute walk away, and it is located above a shop on the high street with all sorts of eateries, cafes, and shops nearby. The neighbourhood is very safe and Kennington park is just a few minutes down the road.

Firm requirements:
Must be queer friendly. Female preferred.
Move-in date is 24th of August non-negotiable: that is, you are free to move in later however rent payments start on this date.
Security deposit and contract alteration fee (to add you as an official tenant) come in addition, however the former is refundable upon moveout.
Students only to avoid council tax.
UK guarantor preferred, however there are workarounds.
Inform us if you are a smoker.
No pets.

The other four of us flatmates are all studying at KCL, all final year or masters, and a mix of arts and sciences. Some of us have lived together before and we are committed to keeping a clean, tidy, and friendly space.
