Excellent connections within walking distance, including the Northern Line (Kennington and Oval stations) and the Victoria Line (Vauxhall station). The flat is close to amenities, including a Tesco Superstore.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (including mattress), a built-in wardrobe, and a large shelf.

Shared spaces include an open-plan living room and kitchen, and a bathroom shared with one other person.

Financials
• Rent: £1280 per month
• Council Tax: Band E (currently £104.25 per person per month)
• Bills & WiFi: excluded and split based on usage
