Lovely room in a relaxed, tidy house – Kennington/Oval

We're looking for someone to join our lovely house, just a short walk from both Kennington and Oval tube stations.

There are currently two of us living here – I work in public policy and the other housemate is a model. It's a really nice place, and we've got a good balance going. We're both friendly and sociable, and occasionally go for a drink together, but generally keep the house pretty chilled and quiet.

Above all, we're keen to keep the house a relaxed, respectful and comfortable place to live. We're both clean and tidy, and looking for someone who feels the same way about looking after shared spaces. It's definitely more of a calm, homely setup than a party house, though we're by no means antisocial!

The location is great, with both Kennington and Oval stations very close by, making it easy to get around London. Bills are also very reasonable, usually working out at around £30 per month.
