Double room for couple in Kennington

We have a lovely spacious double room available for a couple or one person from the 4th of January. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, desk, etc. We also provide all the bedding for you.

The house has 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet, lots of storage in the kitchen and a cute garden.

Our kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, etc. The house has two bathrooms. It is all kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes around once a week to clean all the communal areas. Please note, we don't have a living room.

The house would be ideally suited to young professionals and to students here to further improve their education and/or work experience. We are looking for people who would appreciate living in a well decorated, tidy and clean house.

We are just short a 7 minute walk to Kennington tube and there are several buses and night buses to central London directions.

Double room for one person:£195/week
It includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence), wireless broadband Internet and cleaner. There are no other hidden charges in the weekly rent.

Deposit: 2 week's rent.

We only ask for two weeks notice if you decide to move out.
