Bright airy large double room overlooking Kennington park (with outdoor gym) between Oval and Kennington tube. Vauxhall is 10-15min walk. Very close to Elephant & Castle so loads of buses (3, 36, 59, 133, 155, 159, 333, 415, 436) to anywhere in London or 35min walk to the city/westend.

Got some great local pubs/restaurants and Clapham is only a night bus away. There is a large Tesco and a Tesco metro (7am-11pm 7days) both < 10mins away.

The room has new carpet, is furnished with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and double bed (with storage). It's £800 inclusive of all bills, council tax, tv license, cleaner every 2 weeks and broadband. The flat has a large flat-screen tv, 2 sofas, dining table, large fridge, microwave and a balcony/living room overlooking the park. Smoking is ok outside on the balcony.
