Double room in a light and spacious flat in Kennington, sharing with one other person who works in Westminster.

The flat is on the 2nd floor of a Grade II listed building on Chester Way – a quiet street 5 mins walk from Kennington tube and a short distance from a selection of bars, cafes, shops etc in Kennington. London Waterloo is a 20 minute walk away.

The room is offered furnished. There's a large living room, with a separate kitchen and dining area. The flat also has access to a large communal garden with storage for bikes.

I've been living in London for a few years, having spent two years posted in Africa. Now based here but travel overseas for work regularly. Looking for a sociable and tidy flatmate.
