Small Double, 4 months, Zone 1

SMALL double room available for short let, until late November 2014, a few moments walk away from Elephant and Castle tube/roundabout, Zone 1 so excellent location. Transport links into central are brilliant, it's a 5 minute bus to Waterloo, you could walk it in 15 minutes. The property is on a side road so is pretty quiet considering the area.

The rent is £500 monthly, bills are excluded and come to approximately £60 a month each. We'll require a 6 weeks refundable security deposit and need someone who will stay the duration of four months, someone to contribute to council tax so no students please unfortunately. No couples either and as much as we love pets we can't be having those also.

The room is a small double (approx 2 x 2. 8 metres), furnished with a double bed, mirrored single door wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. There isn't a living room hence the low rental price, however there is additional storage around the flat and the bathroom and kitchen are fairly sizeable. The flat is bright and airy and furnished to a good quality, on the third floor of a mansion block (there is a lift for lazy days!).

This room would suit a quiet, non-smoking, male/female in their 20's who is looking for something short term. There are two other bedrooms/flatmates who are the usual (fairly) tidy and responsible, one male and one female in their mid-twenties with varying schedules/working hours, both sociable enough.
