It is furnished, Wifi and all Bills (water, hot water, heating, electricity, council tax) are included in the rent.

The flat is located on Black Prince road, 3 mins walk from the river and within 10 minutes walk to either Vauxhall, Kennington, Oval or Lambeth North tubes. The bus stops for buses 3, 59, 159 & 360 is two minutes walk.

The current tenant has left, therefore moving in date is flexible.
