Great double room in smart flat

Hi.
We have a great double bedroom to rent for £650 month in our two bed flat.

The bedroom has a large double bed, big fitted wardrobe, a bedside table, a desk, a tall bookshelf and a huge window.

The flat has 5 other rooms, our bedroom, a hallway/entrance, huge living/dining room, a brand new kitchen and bathroom and a balcony with a view of the top of Big Ben and the London Eye. It's been recently decorated and is in very good condition.

We're a Colombian/English couple doctor/postgrad in literature. We are interested in lots of things, including art, history, languages, films etc. We're ideally looking for someone who wants to share the space and is looking for a real home and won't shy from sharing a meal with us.

The room is available from the 16th of May. We estimate bills to come to around £90 (including council tax and wifi)

The nearest stations are Kennington and Elephant and Castle, both about 5 minutes walk. Lambeth North station, Southwark station and the Cut are 10 minutes walk, Waterloo Station is about 10-15 minutes walk, South Bank and Westminster are about 20-25 minutes walk, West End/Soho about 30. Lots of bus routes are nearby too.
