Our current flatmate for 4 years (a banker) just got his own place so we have a vacancy available immediatly

THE FLAT: The flat is split over two floors with the Kitchen & Living/Dining Room on top floor and bedrooms below. The kitchen is open plan to the living room/dining area which is great for socializing while keeping sleeping quarter quiet. There is a private balcony off the living room which has a BBQ on the balcony. Since we're the top floor - the kitchen has a fantastic panoramic view of the City. (The pics are from when we moved in - the place looks considerably more 'homey' with art on the walls & such)

THE ROOM: The room for rent has a double bed, a built in closet, AND! its own separate full bathroom.

THE TRANSPORT: There is a bus stop 30 seconds away (3; 59; 159) which will get you into central in ~10 min. There are a ton of other buses dotted around nearby as well. In terms of the tube - Kennington Station is about one iTunes song walking distance. Overall, we'd say flat is very comfortable and a great place to call home. Lambeth North is slightly further along

THE FLATMATES: About us: We're both Gay. I'm 36 from NY, & work in legal/computer forensics. The other Rob is 32, British, and works in pharmaceutical market research (and part time personal trainer). We travel ALOT for fun (and a hefty amount for work) so you'll have the flat to yourself 2-3 weekends a month. We're both non-smoking young professionals but we're also good fun.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Similar to us. Non-smoking. Professional in the banking/legal world. Fun but doesn't bring the party home cause they have to be at work.

THE POUNDS: The Rent is £1,000 PCM which includes council tax and all utilities. Deposit is £1,000. Move in date can be moved around a bit.
