The flat is located only a few minutes from Kennington tube and is less than 10 minutes walk to Vauxhall and only 30 minutes walk to Soho. Also benefits from a bus stop outside the front door with direct buses to Oxford Circus, London Bridge, Chelsea, Shoreditch and Clapham.

The room would suit a professional who is looking for a quiet, calm and peaceful place to live.

There is a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and you have your own bathroom.

All linen and towels are provided and my cleaner comes weekly. Bills are an additional £150 per month and cover everything including Sky TV, wifi and utilities. There is secure cycle parking included as well if you need this.

I am a gay man in my early 40’s who works long hours during the week so any socialising takes place on weekends. I am also fastidiously clean & neat and it is important you are a super tidy person or we may struggle to live together in harmony! A non smoker is also a must.

I often work from home and am looking for a flatmate who goes out to the office/workplace each day as it has been challenging previously for two of us to both work from home at the same time. Not a major issue if you need to occasionally work from home.
