Light double room for rent in Kennington SE11

We are looking for a new sublet ideally from December 23rd (but happy for it to be jan 1st) until April 2024. (Likely permanent stay)

The room is suitable for a professional, creative ,friendly, and quiet flat. We both enjoy hanging out in the living room in the evening, as well as enjoying our own time. Ideally, any potential flatmate would fit in nicely alongside that and be willing to help out with household responsibilities. We also speak both English and Spanish

The apartment is three double bedrooms rooms total, a fairly well equipped kitchen with a large fridge for sharing, washing machine with a dryer function, oven etc. You'll have your own cabinet space in the kitchen. The shower and loo are in separate rooms, which makes getting ready for work in the morning easy! The flat has very fast (100MB up, ~70MB down) internet for any wfh situations. LOTS of natural light in the bedroom and living room.

Remi is an English artist. He has interest in anything creative and anime. He also loves to play video games and enjoys cooking and trying new things.

Carolina is a Colombian artist. She is a lovely soul always up for a wholesome conversation and is always looking to explore the city.

This is a prime location to get just about anywhere!
- Oval tube is about 3 minutes walk
- Kennington tube is 7 minutes walk
- Vauxhall is 10-15 minutes away on foot for the Victoria line national rail.
- Many buses run to all sorts of places and the night tube can also be your friend.
- Brixton is about 15 mins by bus.

So, we are really well connected; hardly a better place in SE for transport links.

Rent is £675 pcm, and bills are currently in the range of £100 to £120 a month, which includes gas, electric, council tax, internet, cable, tivo and tv license.
