We have a double bedroom available in a lovely clean, tidy & homely spilt-level
apartment. Brand new comfy bed & desk ready for you looking out over the vast urban landscape, all the way to the towers of Crystal Palace to the south :)

The flat has a warm & homely vibe and we have four furry babies, 2 dogs & 2 cats who are all international street rescues. We also share our home with 1 international female, and so we are looking for someone who can fit comfortably into this kind of family home, enjoys & adds to this atmosphere, but who also has their own independence. We are adults with a wide range of ages & mature in character. We don't care how old you are or where you are from, we are all adults here, maturity & authenticity is what matters, so please don't insult us by asking our ages or nationalities, then you are not for us!

The dogs don't take easily to strangers, especially males, so only very occasional female guests to minimise stress for all. If there is a more regular female guest who's comfortable around dogs, we can arrange for them to meet outside first & invite her into the home with us.
We need an extremely dog-friendly person who is comfortable around medium-large dogs & happy to share their living space with all of us. If you have experience with rescue dogs, even better!
As well as the desk, the bedroom has wardrobe & chest of drawers storage, as well as a bedside table & three mirrors! We can also provide all bedding & towels if needed :))

We are happy to share our home with known or cultures new to us. Although we only have one bathroom, we all work very different shifts, and are all working outside the home.
Therefore, we don't tread on each others toes & there is never a queue for the bathroom! Adjustable shower, bath & hot towel rail. We also have a handy separate toilet.

It is a split-level private apartment on the 11th floor of a tower block on Kennington Lane facing south, offering stunning views of the urban landscape. We have a balcony leading onto the kitchen-diner-chill out room. It's a safe, quiet block with friendly neighbours and 24-hour concierge service.

We have fast fibre Wi-fi internet connection, excellent heating, constant hot water & all bills are included.

If you do need to travel by public transport, we are ideally and conveniently located for the City & the West End. Buses 159, 333, 3, 59, etc.

A 5-minute walk from Kennington tube (Zone 1/2, northern line) and a 10-minute walk to Elephant and Castle (Zone 1, Bakerloo and Northern lines). Easy walking distance to LCC, Kings and Southbank Unis.

A delightful 20-minute-walk to the Southbank and Covent Garden & just a 40-minute walk to Holborn over Waterloo Bridge. Borough is a mere 30-minute walk & the city on your doorstep.

Rent usually due every 1st of the month. One month deposit in advance.
