Large Double In Beautiful Huge Factory Conversion

We have an amazing unfurnished double room becoming available early next year in our factory warehouse conversion in Kennington.

The room is available January 17th. Must be filled by 1st feb. We are ONLY looking for a female, over 28, to keep things kind of balanced. Couples are not considered unfortunately!
We have a cat here, Malna. She’s old and very lovely. Other pets are considered provided they would get along with her!

The house really needs to be seen to be properly appreciated. We have two outdoor areas, a huge open plan living/kitchen space (complete with grand piano/bar/tonnes of light) and a beautiful and leafy private courtyard entrance.

There is a shared bathroom upstairs used by 3 of the housemates. Downstairs has a separate toilet.

The room is a large, totally unfurnished double with a unique skylight and other standard window. It’s very interesting and includes loads of built in storage.

Bills add up to around 160/month. We have solar energy throughout the day so electricity is free! We have fast internet and a cleaner fortnightly.

Occupying the remaining rooms are 3 creative professionals, working in Film/TV. Creative people certainly preferred as that is the vibe of the house :)

We enjoy going out to music events, parties, cooking, music production, filmmaking, taking photographs. Electronic music. However, we do appreciate relaxing in our lovely house often and having dinner parties etc. It is an amazing place to entertain or laze around and project a movie.

Because the place is so beautiful, we keep it clean, and tidy up after ourselves. Clean/tidy people only please!

We all contribute to the decor, and have purchased furniture etc together to make the place even more special. We are all responsible for gardening and stuff, and keep the place looking nice! So it’s essential you want to do the same, and to make it a home, not just somewhere you sleep.

We are looking for someone long term, who wants to invest in the space, as the shared lease is for an unfurnished house so contributing is essential.

We are close to the tube (Northern Line), which will get you into Soho or Old Street in 15 minutes. It is very well connected.

Smokers are welcome but not in the house! Sorry!
