-Huge amounts of built-in storage

-Space for a small desk if wanted

-2-bed Victorian garden flat
-Lots of natural light and high ceilings
-Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer etc.
-Gorgeous garden with furniture, ideal for summertime dinners and drinks
-Extremely quiet and considerate neighbours
-Clean shared bathroom with bath and shower
Location:
-NW10 / Kensal Green
-7 minutes’ walk to both Kensal Green and Kensal Rise Overground
-Close to Willesden Junction and the Bakerloo line
-Very well connected with the No. 18 bus, tube and Overground
-Great area with lots of lovely pubs, cafés and restaurants nearby, including The Chamberlayne, The Island, The Whippet and Gail’s
-Queens Park is a short walk away
-Co-op and Sainsbury’s are around 4 minutes’ walk away

I’m looking for someone in their mid-20s to late 30s who is tidy, considerate of communal spaces and respectful of each other. Ideally someone who is also sociable and would be up for occasionally hanging out, grabbing a coffee or getting dinner together, while also being happy doing their own thing.
