Transport links are excellent, with easy access to both bus and train routes, making commuting straightforward.

This is a family home where my children, aged 16 to 29, also live. For that reason, the room would ideally suit a young professional female who is clean, respectful, and comfortable in a relaxed and friendly household environment.

We also have two cats in the home, and there are currently some renovations taking place, so this would suit someone who is easygoing and understanding of that.
