Room In Lovely Big House With Dog

We have a spare room in our lovely home. I am a single working mum with 2 grown up kids...22 and 25, one is working abroad. We have a large dog and we are looking for a new tenant to join us.
Ideally you are sociable, but also like to spend time out of the house or in your room. As this is a family house the living room and garden are not shared.
This would suit someone who wants somewhere to call home and that party's out rather than bringing it back..
Smoke outside, ABSOLUTELY not inside.
Good sense of humour appreciated ;-)
You need to be good with dogs.
There is full use of the shared bathroom and kitchen. (eating is in your room as the kitchen and living room is open plan.) there is a fridge and kettle, toaster, air fryer etc in your room too.
The room is fully furnished and painted blue you can paint it white if you like..

It is moments walk from a wide range of amenities and the popular park, cafes, restaurants and shops of kensal rise and queens park.

it is 5-10 mins from Kensal Rise overground and Queens Park tube, wilsden green tube. Buses run form the top and bottom of the road.

it is a great area and the house has a calm welcoming vibe. There is a cleaner but i'm also looking for someone tidy and respectful.
