Large house with a decent sized kitchen dining area. A garden space which is always a bonus in London! A small living room with a large smart TV which is fully loaded with Netflix /amazon/ Apple TV etc. there are two separate toilets from the bathroom (downstairs one pictured)

Located conveniently 6 minutes walk away from Kensal Green tube station (Bakerloo line & Lioness overground) AND 3 minutes walk away from the Mildmay overground line.

Leafy residential part of London with Queens Park being nearby and some great independent bars and restaurants in walkable distance as well as the bigger supermarket chains

Parking permits can be applied for if you have a car, and Brent council are usually pretty good with issuing these for a reasonable charge

Very quiet part of London despite being so central

The house is stocked up with all the good quality kitchenware you need, including a sage espresso machine we all have access to.

Kate, 60, Filmmaker, works from home in a separate room downstairs which is her office. She has owned this house for a number of years and has loved having some great flatmates along the way

Osman: 43, works in the public sector. He works hybrid, but has his desk set up in his room.

Collectively, we have a mixture of occasionally cooking together/having a glass of wine and doing our own thing - depending on what the mood dictates of course !

We value peace and cleanliness and are looking for a flatmate who feels the same
