Monday to Friday Large Peaceful Ensuite Attic Room

We have a lovely bright attic room available for rent from January 2025. The room is very large, light and recently re-decorated, with new black out blinds and a full professional clean, including carpet shampoo. We have a Loaf kingsize bed with new mattress which is super comfortable.
There's an ensuite shower room with a big (privacy glass) window. The bedroom overlooks our mature, tree lined, 30 metre garden, and is very quiet.
This bedroom is the only room on our second floor, so feels private and separate from the other three bedrooms on the first floor. We are a professional working couple in our early fifties, with a son and daughter who are both at university (they tend to come home in their uni holidays). I am a ceramic artist and pottery teacher, my husband works in advertising. We also have a calm, friendly 10 year old lurcher and a 3 year old cat. Neither of the animals has access to the attic room.
We would love to find a working professional who works out of the home, to be our lodger from Mondays to Fridays. High quality bedding (down pillows, down duvet, Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels) is included, and laundered for you. Bills are included in the rental cost.
