There’s a fully fitted shared kitchen, washer/dryer/dishwasher and underfloor heating throughout.

You’ll have your own large bathroom with bath/shower and heated towel rails and heated mirror.

All bills are included, fast broadband and a second floor secure location. There is also a Sonos speaker system fitted into the ceiling.

This room is open to full time residents or someone looking for a weekday location to stay. There is also a desk that can be put into the bedroom and this could suit someone with a working from home and office position.
