Beautiful double bedroom in very quiet flat

Hi There
I have a beautiful double bedroom in a very peaceful flat, it's really spacious and bright and has a double bed and few draws in the room at present. I'm happy to buy more storage for when someone moves in.

The flat has wooden floors throughout and has been newly decorated. I bought he flat a year ago and haven't had anyone living in my spare room yet so who ever I choose will be the first person living in this space. The room would be ideal for someone who is working or studying in London and needs a lovely room to come back to.
This flat is very clean and tidy and I like to keep it immaculate so would suit someone who thrives on cleanliness too.

I have an annex at the back of the flat from where I work from so I’m at home a lot, (in the annex) unless I’m on location. Essentially I’m looking for someone who is working full time and who doesn’t work from home. I don’t mind what age you are as long as you're respectful and someone who is very clean and tidy.
