I have a beautiful double bedroom available in the Kensal Rise / Kensal Green area, within walking distance of lovely cafés, restaurants, 10 mins walk to the farmers’ market in Queen’s Park and 10 mins walk to Portobello Road.
There are lots of easy transport links into central London, the Bakerloo line, over ground lines, Hammersmith and Fulham and circle line.

The apartment is spacious, bright and peaceful, with wooden floors throughout and has recently been redecorated. It’s a calm and comfortable home, ideal for someone working or studying in London who wants a lovely place to come home to.

The flat is kept very clean and tidy, and I’m looking for someone who is similarly clean, considerate and respectful of the space. I take a lot of pride in keeping the apartment immaculate and looking after it properly.

The bedroom has a double bed, drawers and clothes rail. I’m also very happy to purchase any additional furniture or items you might need to make the room feel comfortable and homely.

I’m a costume maker and work from my annex at the back of the apartment, so I’m around quite a lot if I’m not working on location. I’m ideally looking for someone who works or studies full-time and isn’t working from home full-time.

Age isn’t important — I’m simply looking for someone friendly, respectful, clean and considerate who will enjoy living in a peaceful home.

Rent includes all bills, and you’ll have full use of the kitchen and shared facilities.
