Beautiful double bedroom in very quiet flat

I have a beautiful double bedroom available in the Kensal Rise / Queen’s Park area, within walking distance of wonderful cafés, restaurants, the farmers’ market, Queen’s Park, and Portobello Road. The apartment is spacious, very bright, and peaceful, with wooden floors throughout and has been newly decorated.

The room would be ideal for someone working or studying in London who wants a calm, comfortable place to come home to. The flat is kept absolutely immaculate, so I’m looking for someone who is super clean and tidy, as I am very particular about cleanliness and the space is cared for with a lot of attention.

The bedroom includes a double bed, a set of drawers, and a rail for hanging clothes. I’m also very happy to purchase any additional furniture you might need to make the room feel like home.

I’m a costume maker and work from my annex at the back of the apartment, so I’m around quite a lot unless I’m working on location. I’m ideally looking for someone who is working or studying full-time and does not work from home full-time. Age isn’t important, as long as you’re respectful, clean, and considerate.

The rent includes all bills and full kitchen facilities.
