Charming Room in Friendly Kensal Rise Share

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely house in Kensal Rise!

Rent: £550 per month exc bills. Bills usually come to about £100 per month (slightly higher in winter).

Availability: Move in any time between 5th & 20th of January.

The Room: Available is a bright single room that comfortably fits a double bed, has a small built-in wardrobe and overlooks our peaceful courtyard.

The House:
Shared living room and kitchen
Large courtyard
Quiet, leafy street

The Location:
10–15 min walk to Kensal Rise Overground, Queens Park Tube Station, and Kensal Green Tube Station

Various bus routes just 3 min away (including one straight to King’s Cross)

A short walk to supermarkets, cafés, pubs, restaurants.

Portobello Road and Notting Hill are only 20 minutes on foot, and the nearby canal is great for runs or leisurely walks.

The Landlord:
Friendly, relaxed, and easy to communicate with (even brings chocolates at Christmas!)

Who We’re Looking For:
Working professional (no more than 2–3 days a week working from home) with a letter of employment

Clean, respectful, and easy-going

About Us:
You’ll be living with 1 guy and 3 gals, all working professionals between 28 and 34: a musician, a social media manager, a video producer, and a teacher. We love sharing meals, watching films, trips to the pub, and plenty of laughs – but we also value our own space and independence.

We’re looking for someone who will contribute to our friendly, relaxed home, and enjoy some social time.
