Imperial College Student Accommodation w/ free bus

Hello there!

I am looking for students to take place over my tenancy in this modern Private Studio located on 1 Alderson St, W10 5JY, Kensal Town/North Kensington and very close to Notting Hill, as I need to move out very soon. Contract until 31st July, 2027. £369 pw. All bills included, including very fast Wi-Fi.

The place is in a lovely location, in front of the river canal, with grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and bus stops nearby. The closest tube station is Westbourne Park, giving you access to Circle and Hammersmith & City lines. It is great to walk, cycle or run in the surroundings as you have this great view of the river canal. The Westfield mall at Shepherd's Bush, which is the biggest mall of Europe, is close and easy to arrive by taking only 1 bus (less than 25min).

What it is in the building of the accommodation:

👨‍🍳 Private full kitchen and private bathroom just for yourself.

🛏 Furnished double bed, with study desk, shelves, and a wardrobe.

🏣 The building is from a franchise considered one of the best for student accommodation in London. Great structure, nice studios, very secure, and some events for the residents happen every now and then (with free food). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

🏋 Great gym in the building for use exclusively by residents.

👕 Laundry room with 4 washing machines and 4 dryers, with a section for iron your clothes as well.

🏡 Courtyard to an open sky for conversations and relaxing time.

🎥 Cinema room with a big screen.

👫 Common area near the reception for relaxing, chat with other people and make new friends. There is a lot of places and tables to sit, have a good time and work. Pool to play there too.

🚐 There is a shuttle bus (hence, free) that takes you to and back from Imperial College London. Two different times to take you there in the morning (7:30am, 8:50am) and from there at the end of the afternoon (5pm, 6:40pm). The trips are around 20min.
