It's an upscale lifestyle choice in a modern 4 bedroom house, in a safe, well lit, quiet street. Very well located on the borders of Kensington/NottingHill, just a 4 minute walk to Notting Hill Tube Station (central, district, circle lines), an excellent bus network, easy access to mainline trains, london airports, universities etc.

I live here with my very well mannered 15 year old daughter. We are pretty engaged people, tennis, gym, live performance, art, cinema, theatre, comedy, concerts, Formula 1, We keep a clean and tidy home and look for the same in a housemate.

Council Tax, fibre-optic broadband, TV license, gas, electricity, water, will be included. I've reduced the rental for the summer months and in the winter months (Nov-Apr), there will be a supplement of £125/month to cover the additional heating/ energy costs.

Use of washing machine and kitchen facilities is available. There is outside space on the furnished upper terrace and ground floor.

Anchored on each side by Holland Park and Hyde Park for those who like being in nature, walking, running etc. Westfield Shopping Center, Portobello Road, Oxford St, Mayfair, Chelsea and Knightsbridge are easily accessible by bus/tube and within a 30 minute walk. Imperial College & all London Universities, theatres, museums, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bakery's, bars and pubs are on the doorstep. There are plenty of options on local gyms from budget to luxury, tennis, climbing wall, yoga/pilates studios, good medical facilities, hair, nail & beauty salons etc.

Open to FEMALES only, UK and international professional, student or someone who needs a London base. It's also a great base for anyone intending to travel a lot. No more than 2 days WFH/week).

Preference is for 6+ months and I would consider short term of 2+ months at a higher price, for the right person.
