Please note that I am not the landlord.

This property was initially unfurnished, but my previous lovely flatmate and I have furnished it, so it now feels cosy and like home.

**In your room:** The room is in very good condition, featuring an IKEA bed and a clean, comfortable mattress. (The price is negotiable for a good rate! :) with a current flatmate

I am looking for a friendly professional flatmate aged 28-45 who generally works full-time in the office. You should be a non-smoker, clean, and respectful of others’ space and privacy, as I am.

I appreciate someone who enjoys chatting from time to time or watching Netflix with a glass of wine 🍷, but who also leads their own life.

**ABOUT THE LOCATION**

The flat is conveniently located about equidistant from Holland Park/Shepherd's Bush (Central Line), High Street Kensington, and Kensington Olympia (District Line & Piccadilly Line).

It’s a fantastic area with plenty of shops nearby and the largest Westfield shopping center in London. If you enjoy nature, there are also great parks for leisurely walks, such as Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, and Hyde Park. 🙌

**ABOUT THE PRICE**

The monthly rent is £1,300 with bills averaging around £200 in winter (usually less in summer)

The agency and me are managing the property is efficient and will handle all administrative checks, including references.
