Lovely Self Contained Flat

Hi! I’m looking for someone to replace me in this lovely studio flat. It comes furnished with a double bed and has its own private balcony, a modern bathroom and a great location on a quiet residential road, around a 5-minute walk from the station.
The rent is £1,700 per month, plus a fixed £150 per month for bills, making the total monthly cost £1,850.
Please note that some of the decorations and styling shown in the photos belong to me and I’ll be taking these with me . The main furniture will remain, and the photos should give you a good idea of how the studio can be styled to make it feel really cosy and homely.
Please message me if you’re interested or would like to arrange a viewing.
