My lovely room in our two-bedroom flat in Kensington is going to be available as I’m moving to Amsterdam, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room. 🏡

The room will be available for someone to move in by 30 November. The rent is £1,150 per month, excluding utilities, which are approximately £200 per month, bringing the total to around £1,350 per month including bills. The deposit is £2,300, which covers the first month’s rent and a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent.

We’re in a great location, literally a 2-minute walk from Kensington Olympia station and only around 5 minutes from Westfield and Shepherd’s Bush. There are great transport links, including the District line, so getting around London is super easy! Kensington High St. is also only 10 minutes away, and there's Holland's park which is great for going for a run. 🏃🏽‍♀️

We’re looking for someone who works/studies in London or is going to start their professional career here.

We’d love to find someone who’s friendly, fun and sociable. Ideally we need someone who’s 21+ of age😊
