Female flatmate wanted to share my beautiful, spacious two-bedroom flat in Kensington, just a two-minute walk from Kensington Olympia station.

The Bedroom

The room comes furnished with a small double bed and a large mirrored wardrobe, which offers plenty of storage with both drawers and hanging space.

The Flat

The flat is bright and spacious, with ceilings just over 3 metres high, which really give it a lovely sense of space.

A few things I particularly love about the flat:

* Air conditioning in every room – an absolute dream during the hot summer months, especially after a summer like the one we’ve just had!
* Triple glazing at the front and double glazing at the back, meaning the flat stays wonderfully warm and toasty throughout winter.
* A large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard and storage space, including a full-size fridge freezer and dishwasher.
* Fast, reliable Wi-Fi
* A comfortable, shared living room which you’re more than welcome to enjoy whenever you like.
* Lovely, quiet neighbours throughout the building. You genuinely never hear them!

All bills and utilities are included in the rent, including the Wi-Fi, so there’s nothing additional to worry about.

Location

The location is honestly fantastic, with everything you could need right on your doorstep.

* Kensington Olympia station: Approximately 2 minutes’ walk.
* Bus connections: Just a minute’s walk to the end of the road, with direct buses towards Hammersmith and White City/Westfield.
* Holland Park: Within a 15-minute walk.
* High Street Kensington: Within a 15-minute walk.
* Groceries and essentials: A couple of grocery shops along the main high street, literally 2 minutes away.

With the opening of the newly redeveloped Olympia, there are also some fantastic new restaurants, cafés and places to socialise right on the doorstep. It’s also incredibly easy to get into Central London.

The area feels really safe, and it’s a lovely, convenient place to live, with excellent transport connections.

A Little About Me

I’m a live-in landlord, and it will just be the two of us sharing the flat.

I work in an office five days a week and am usually out for most of the day. I also hardly ever cook dinner at home, so you’ll pretty much have the kitchen to yourself 90% of the time!

Outside work, I love going out with friends, discovering new restaurants, doing Pilates and generally making the most of living in London.

I’m very easygoing when it comes to sharing a home. If you’re someone who enjoys their own space and prefers to keep to themselves, that’s absolutely fine. Equally, if you’re more sociable and fancy the occasional chat or glass of wine, I’d love that too!

Who I’m Looking For

I’m looking for a female flatmate who’s respectful, clean and tidy, and who will treat the flat with the same care that I do.

Ideally, I’d love to find someone who’s looking for somewhere to call home long-term, rather than just a short-term stay.
