This is my spare room in my flat available for someone busy, and out in the mornings quiet and responsible and who doesn't smoke. Ideal for Students
This room is not suitable if you work from home !

The rent is £600 per month inclusive of Council Tax and Bills

Wi-Fi and Washing Machine and Heating included

I teach Yoga in West London and am pretty easy going.

The flat is just off High St Kensington and close to the Westfield, Shepherds Bush at the other end of the street, close for buses and tube .


It is a very nice Single room on Holland Road, however if you listen to music and streaming in general, I would ask you to wear headphones.
There is no desk in the room
