Single Room for Short Let High Street Kensington

This is my spare room in my flat available for someone busy, and out in the mornings quiet and responsible and who doesn't smoke. Ideal for Students
This room is not suitable if you work from home !

I teach Yoga in West London and am pretty easy going.

The flat is just off High St Kensington and close to the Westfield, Shepherds Bush at the other end of the street, close for buses and tube .
Wi-Fi and washing machine and the bills included in the price at £600 per month and includes Council Tax

It is a very nice Single room on Holland Road, however if you listen to music and streaming in general, I would ask you to wear headphones.
There is no desk in the room

It is available for short let but open to longer if thing work out also.
